Welcome to Warriors Baseball

Bacone College transitioned from a junior college to a four year, fully accredited institution in the fall of 2001. After joining the NAIA, the Bacone Warriors have experienced a level of success that few programs can match. The Warriors have averaged 40 wins per season over the last seven years. They have earned two regional tournament births in the toughest NAIA region in the country, while climbing into the national rankings in 2003, 2004, and 2008.

Several Bacone baseball players have experienced individual success as well. A Bacone Warrior has been named Red River Athletic Conference Player of the Year seven of the past eight years. The Warriors' pitching staff has proved to be just as dominant by producing the Red River Athletic Conference Pitcher of the Year three of the past eight years. Eight former Warriors have gone on to sign professional contracts since 2001.

Bacone's winning tradition dates back further than it's recent successes at the NAIA level. The 1967 Warriors squad won the Junior College World Series. The Warriors of today are working harder than ever to reach that same level of excellence.
