Pilots Upend Warriors 88-68

SHREVEPORT, La. – An eight-point halftime lead by LSU-Shreveport swelled to 27 points over Bacone in the second half, negating the Warriors bid at a comeback as they fell 88-68 Tuesday night, Dec. 3.
For the game the Warriors connected on 37 percent (23 of 61), hit four of 23 three-point attempts while going 18 for 21 at the charity stripe.
Christian Smith led Bacone with 23 points; Alex Stanley added 11 and Sean Cooper finished with 10.
The Warriors (2-7, 0-3) face Southwestern Assemblies of God Saturday, Dec. 8 at the Palmer Center.
