Lady Warriors Fall 74-62 to Wildcats

MUSKOGEE, Okla. - The Bacone Lady Warriors never led against the No. 18 Wiley College Wildcats, ultimately falling 74-62 Saturday night, Jan. 19.
After two free throws by Danielle Reed the Lady Warriors trailed 66-57 with 5:09 but would not get any closer in the second half; the loss drops Bacone to 4-10 overall and 3-7 in the RRAC.
Bacone hit 33 percent (19 of 57) from the field and converted 21 of 36 free throws but also turned the ball over 31 times; Kyna Lewis led the Lady Warriors with 18 points and 12 rebounds.
Myriah Hadnot also finished in double figures with 11 points.
Bacone (4-10, 3-7) plays LSU-Shreveport Monday, Jan. 21 at 5:30 p.m.
